I remember the first time I changed the oil on my V6 and I’d to Google where the flipping thing was as it’s not entirely obvious so I’m not surprised they checked Dawn. I’m appalled to read your comment about a Facebook group though as that should’ve never happened and I’d not be happy about what happened to you
