You don't need spring compressors.
Search the site and you will find various methods mentioned and described from the Haynes method through to what I found to be the simplest, put on here by "marinabrian" which meant you didn't even have to remove the anti roll bar ( linkages) and gave more space to get the spring back in. He will be sorely missed.
