From memory years ago I downloaded them all for European countries for free (but I can't recall the website) and there are 2 CDs for France (North & South). But IMHO they are useless because the last issue was done in 2014... and every time I chose not to follow the suggested route my low-line was in errand and soon stuck. Since then I took off all the bits & bobs (radio, CD changer, GPS CD reader & the like) and swapped for a modern double DIN which is perfect, up-to-date (the WAZE app is fantastic for France), larger and no longer in brown & white.
