How long has he been there? The reason I ask he may of had a place called central mot near the new Roscoe, I used him for a few years before he moved and he only did mot's I sure he was called Paul as well.... Mot city do repairs but they are always busy so they don't get you try and get work out of you if anything they will discourage you if it's not worth it in the long run...
