They probably don't know John as the generic R75's were fitted with reflectors, some MK1's had projectors, ie xenons, then when the MK2 was brought out, they were fitted with projectors, some xenons.
I found M-Tech bulbs in H9 give out a whiter tint
Xenon kits can also be fitted to projector units, but that's another thread
