Is there anyway of knowing (without taking it apart of course) if an uprated gasket is in your car?
what i mean by this is when were the better gaskets fitted since the 1.8 K series as it has been available since the launch in 1999?
My car was registered in March 2001 and am hoping it's got something abit better than a slimey elastic bit of rubber sealing it!
