And before anyone says anything, the slave had gone noisy (metal slave) and the AP clutch had done around 1K miles, so that's why the clutch itself wasn't replaced. But when you change the slave if it's a worn clutch you might as well swap it as it's only a couple extra bolts.

You state "them" -so i assume 2 mechanics on the job for 2 hours - = 4 man hours which your garage will charge for surely- hence my posting saying 4-5 man hours.
