Flickr is still free up to a certain amount of storage. 1000 images I think.
It is now owned by SmugMug and is very much geared towards the photography community with images held in high resolution non destructive form.....Unlike Photobucket.
The cost for using it as cloud based storage is actually pretty good value for money.
However, if you are just using it for image hosting you are probably better just using the free 'limited' storage option
Have a Flickr high res image on me lol ...
