Oh Heck! I hope Mancunian's have got their bike chains oiled ! Speak of the devil! I read about Manchester wanting to implement a ZEZ (zero emission zone) back in 2019 but the pandemic put it all on the back burner like other local authorities CAZ's.
We will know if this ZEZ is implemented at the end of this month.
