Have been in to see union and they are going to try and change the managers minds , but i have little faith in the outcome .So now I have to get in touch with the HR of the offered job to see if they can afford to wait . |
Hopefully your rep can sort something out.. it down to your current companies discretion, their probably hoping you just hand your notice in and save em a bit of cash..
