Not too sure! I've been doing some more reading on this digital infrastructure malarkey & it was trialled in France & Germany by PSA & VAG back in 2017. VW are well on their way to installing half a million of these V2X chips in their 8 series golf alone this year. V2G chips are in Chinese cars by the tens of millions
Now that 5G is upon us it could mean the Chinese with their 5G technology will be in charge of every traffic light, speed camera, intersection & street corner in the country soon.
