You're not wrong Simon, The 'Under Review' CAZ signs are about 1/2 mile from my house in all directions, Everyone is wondering when it will come into effect in one form or another.
They're banking on a lot of people ditching private cars for cheap public transport if truth be known. The Government has just last week have provided £143million for 955 electric buses & that's on top of the £3.5billion to improve bus services.
