If you happened to post your email address on an open forum then it could easily have been harvested and used for SPAM bulk mailing. Once your address has been compromised then it will be passed around and around so you will get SPAM from many sources and of course the returned mail that appears to have emanated from your address. The only way to deal with it totally is to change address, SPAM filters are all very well but as the addresses change subtly and the content continually changes then it is virtually impossible to keep up.
If the SPAM is from a bona fide source you should be able to contact them and ask to be removed from their database. Do not do this by clicking links in email, that just confirms your existence and will result in more SPAM, if there is a web address navigate to it by typing in the URL to your browser and take it from there.

To all members. Never post personal details in the open forum, do it by PM or by Email. I will delete personal info such as email addresses and telephone numbers as a matter of course.

Hope this helps.
