And thank you for your most generous comment about Burt, Alan. It was great to meet you and I'm sorry our hillside conversation got cut short by the parking warden!
Burt looked great and so much of that was down to Sean's passion to get this lovely part of the 75 heritage looking immaculate. We've still got a way to go but he's definitely very presentable (Burt; not Sean!) I make no secret of my friendship with Sean and I agree that he is a massive loss to this community. I wish there were a way something could be done about it.
