I'm just toying with different ideas for an increase in overall performance and drivability, at some point soon I'm definitely going for a re-map.
Just curiosity that led me to asking about the spring mod as potentially it's free HP / Torque providing there's no drawbacks.

Regarding the airflow /efficiency on a cdt, I have removed and thoroughly cleaned the inlet manifold / all associated pipework and egr (which will be deleted very soon), installed all new filters including pcv, fitted Viton intercooler 'o' rings, what are the next most beneficial mods to do regarding air flow prior to having it re-mapped as Ideally would like the motor to be at it's best prior to the map being done.
