Did mine a few months ago took me 2.5 hrs, (is a bit of a challenging job), I changed to the R53 (Mini) compensator, holds on three clicks now, was previously an advisory on MOT, followed Arctic's invaluable "How to" Guide (read it through several times, and printed it out to follow each step) .
