Hi David:

This is what I did, (time-consuming but no harm inflicted to the headlining)

. I did remove both front seats and the bench from the back seat, also the headrest from the back. The in and out way was from the driver's rear door. Very important is that it is not 2 handjob you need an assistant to help you
