HI John.
In most cases the answer is yes, unless the ABS sensor as been damaged, first you need to get the hub off and take a visual look at the back plate and wheel bearing.

If the back plate is not to bad they can be scraped of any rust, cleaned and treated then painted, check the bearing also for ant rust particles as suggested above.
