On the other hand, I have seen some 75s in the Middle East equipped with remote Air Conditionning start. The car engine is started and the A/C (which must be left on before switching the engine off) would start as well and begin cooling the car before driving it. In this process, the doors are locked, and no key in the ignition.
Is it the same for electric preheating? (engine started and heater on? with no key in the ignition?)
