The 20mm can't bottom out because the hole goes straight through to the empty tube in the trailing arm - i.e it's not a dead-end hole.
FS108207L Dacromet will fit too.
So it's a question of which finish is better at anti-rust - stainless steel or Dacromet?
Btw, the bracket that this screw is for (Brake Hose Bracket #17
here) has the part number SHU100250.
