Buzzards rare? They have always been around these here parts
Both are protected species now, and proven not to be the killers as was thought in the 19th Century when there was a law that paid bounty on their carcasses.
The natural supply of food v. numbers will keep them in check, as it had done for 65 million years, without the need of humanity to put a spanner in the works
