As far as controlling the fan there are various ways of controlling it, a probe in the bottom hose with a pre set temp or even a pulse width modulator controller like this http://autocooling.co.uk/
Buying a used fan from a scrapyard what ever vehicle it is from you need to careful. With most cars having A/C the cooling fan gets a lot of use and if you look how many aftermarket fans are available there has to be a demand. |
