Ahhh.
Unless I've missed it, that's the first time the devil's potion has been mentioned in this thread. Consider Pete that if this stuff has the capacity to block an oil cooler, can you imagine what it can do to smaller waterways in the cooling system such as parts of the thermostat, heater matrix and radiator?
Where K-seal has been introduced, a rational explanation is elusive. I'm afraid that you face a long haul trying to rid your engine of the stuff.
