If working on the underseat connectors doesn't cure it I would always suggest a T4, avoids all the frustration and potential expense of trying to find the cause yourself. Mine turned out to be a defective driver's seat belt pretensioner, nothing to do with the wiring, I doubt I would ever have found that out myself!
