I parked up behind this car on the ferry home from Spain in October, I had a chat with the driver and complimented him on the excellent condition, from the outside it looked 'as new' and told him about our club.
The owner said he loved the car, he had a property in either Spain or Portugal and was starting to spend more of his time there and would have to have the car re-registered, the cost of which was prohibitive being much more than the value of the car so he very reluctantly was going to sell it and was hoping for a good price. Judging by the dealers asking price he may well have got a good deal.
In fact I took a photo of the reg no to see if I would come across it again, be a good car to mothball and use for European trips but not sure whether I would want to pay that price.
