Driveaway locking that locks at 15MPH instead of 2. I can get off the drive and have a passenger get in without having to unlock to let them in, and then relock.
Locking that automatically unlocks when I pull the key out.
Actually what I'd really have loved is full keyless. Touch the door handles an it unlocks, get in and just press a button to start.
Oh that and several of those already mentioned (6 gears, integrated iPod and bluetooth.....)
