I (sort of) miss those calls. I installed a set of BT8500 phones, which includes a caller filter, which is settable for various levels of call blocking. I have it set to the max., if your number is not in the list, the only way you will get through (to ring) is by saying your name and pressing #. All the callers who need to get through, police, GP, hospitals etc. have come across these before and get through. Nuisance callers just give up.
I used to be flooded with ten of these callers per day, now I rarely get any at all - they have blacklisted my number I think
