This might be a silly suggestion, but could Tom make a few repair panels up for people who can't get to him in person? I assume he'd need paying upfront, but I don't see a difference in him making them or a person buying them from a panel manufacturer? Considering what he charges for making AND fitting, I doubt there would be a huge price difference from his to bulk manufacture prices?
