It seems logitical that they should fit, when you look at the powerfold mirrors they are identical dimentionally, have the same functionallity with the only difference between the left hand one and the right hand one is one is a mirror image of the other. I looked at my ones today that I am going to fit and I cannot see any difference between the two sides.

Edit: It maybe that the amount of mirror movement is different between the driver's side and the passenger's side, therefore it might mean changing the mirror adjustment innards over as well (if it can be done). I would measure the amount of mirror movement between your driver's and passenger's mirrors to see if there is any difference.
