Morning Steve, well done for sticking up for yourself. Sadly it’s the ones who complain who end up getting things done.
Recently after my stay in CCU, I complained to the cardiologists about the nurses sleeping whilst on duty and turning my call bell off during the night, such dangerous behaviour. So I made a formal complaint.
