I think I need to do the inline stat mod. Any ideas on where I can get one from and how easy are they to fit. I saw the how to but it said about cutting the stat down to fit? What's the best way to do that?
Cheers

the inline stat used is out of a renault 5 form a company called rock auto .there is a huge thread on this somewhere. when you find it there will be a picture of the stat with a link to the company.however do not order the one in the link.this is only to show the dimensions.the you one need 89 degree one the one in the pic is a lower temp range.i and many others have fitted these and whilst a tight fit did not need cutting down to fit.the hardest part of this job is removing the stainless steel band that holds on the hose.a dremel is ideal to do this as access is limited.i filed thro mine which was a p.i.ta and took ages.
