here it looks like they're held on by
this clip but it doesn't say how many.
Looking at
this pic I'd say there are 6 or 7 clips per door - 5 or 6 for the main strip and 1 or 2 for the short strip (the handle holes make it a bit tricky to say exactly). It might be easiest to whip the door card off and count them.
