You need to remove the front bumper, remove the headlight, remove the back of the headlight, then change the bulb and re-assemble. It's not hard - but it's not 30 minutes work (unless you've done it as many times as I have!)

Can't find the book time but headlight replacement is 0.8 hours, of which 0.6 hours is removing the bumper.
