I wouldn't fit customer sourced parts, as it is too difficult to exercise quality control, and by agreeing to fit the customer's own parts, you are accepting that they are fit for purpose.
Conversely I wouldn't be prepared to fit parts that I wouldn't be happy to fit to my own car, so you wouldn't have the cheapest part fitted either
So the question is, what are they fitting that they need to charge £200 ?
