Every single car that i have worked on with then on i have trouble moving them also after a time the brass inserts just turn in the rubber case.
So in my opinion it's Caveat Emptor” on them.

Fair enough Steve but I couldn't get anything else - the kit on eBay or the various plastic rawlplugs to grip simply because the fixing hole had become distorted so the Rubnuts would bend to take up the slack.
