I’m going to be thinning down my classic car collection and am currently working on my Vanden Plas Princess 1300 with a view to selling it.

To give the car the Wow factor I had intended to get the bumpers and overriders rechromed. Well that was up until today when I got an estimate for the work.

£400 for each bumper plus £50 for each overrider totalling £1,000.00.

I think it will have to be a good polish up with T Cut or the likes.
