Arctic that's brilliant mate thank you. I'll just have to cut at least one of those nuts off without harming the thread so i can screw my bracket on with a nut. I just couldn't work out whether they were bolts screwing in or nuts on the end of studs - those pictures make it really clear tho - thanks mate!
