Is this defo a right under OFGEM rules? It is what I would prefer and my supplier has just replied to my request for it with "We can not put you on quarterly payments as we have to bill you every month as per the policy by considering your usage."
I put it to them that I was no longer happy to run a credit balance and requested an immediate refund of all overpayments and to be put on quarterly billing and just to be billed for my usage. They have stuck to their guns on their previous advice stating company policy which is to keep a projected payment (£79) in advance on a monthly basis.
