Also just Sent an email off about the arm & bush problems to the Supplier.. we will see what comes back.
Picture of the preferred style Bush assembly note the Slot Size !
and the non preferred type with the Longer slot, more flex, less rubber etc...

I think you would be justified to "moan" at the retailer. The photo does influence how people make up their mind. Was there a mention that the picture was for reference only and not of the actual item?
