They were recommended on here a little while back. They sell them in Halfords but they're a tenner dearer there but at least people can have a look at them there. They come with an AA battery pack installed and a 'Try Me' button on the front of the pack. If you do 'Try Me', do not look directly at them. They are very bright and you will be unable to see properly for a few minutes!

My dipped beams become day-time lights when I switch them on during the day. Works just as good
