If you’re getting symptoms it’s best to ask your GP you to refer to a friendly Proctologist and take it from there. Hopefully you won’t post up photos of them on the forum in case people are having breakfast and so on.
I sympathise with you as it not very comfortable for you and the neither is the recovery after the op, you will have to be brave.
