i fitted these BMW springs to my diesel tourer, it now rides quite a bit higher.
The arch gap is about the same front and rear, i always thought the rear looks to be riding lower than it should

I also have a set of original towing assist springs fitted so cant really comment on much better they are when the car is fully loaded.
