I have to agree
. When I got my '75 12 yrs ago, it had Serpents, though all were in need of a refurb. I was fortunate in getting a full set of brand new Meteors for a knock down price, so ran with those for the best part of 10 yrs, before finally getting the Serpents repaired and powder coated. At the time I couldn't decide which I preferred, but I now think the Serpents just have the edge. The Meteors are way easier to clean though.
