My wife the opposite.--Spent the last 6 months in bed in hospital or at home.
Had laser treatment to both eyes. Now great vision with no longer a need for glasses.
Pacemaker seems to be working well.
No more skin cancer and breast cancer has not returned.
Hip replacement went wrong and bone attachment altered due to slight cracks allowing the ball joint to move. Part of the bone removed and additional structure added.
After the breast cancer a plastic tube had attached itself to something in her chest cavity and the decision was---leave it in.---
Apart from all that she's quite fit.
C'est la vie.
