I think my Limo was also an ex-ministerial car.
It was registered as an alternative fuel car with a factory-fit LPG installation, and was hence exempt from the London Congestion Charge. When it was overhauled a while ago at Austin Garages, we had wiring etc removed for TWO mobile phone installations, so maybe a famous bum sat on its seats
