This is the sort of project that separates the true enthusiasts from the quick buck brigade.
Personally, I’d strip the whole interior out and get a full ECU and lock set recoded to the car to see if it at least starts. If it does....fab! Full resto job and mega deep clean.
I’ve cleaned far worse than that.
