Don't worry. It is most likely easily fixable.
If you want to make absolutely sure, check with the top cover off the valves, especially to see if all valves come back up fully.
I guess some will not, and they are the ones that will be bent.
Then take the head off, fix the valves, you will likely find they need a good re-grind, and replace the bent ones.
New head gasket after checking all liners.
Follow the instructions, don't move engine ones head is off.
It is not expensive, and not that complicated. And there will be many on here that can do it for you, if that is needed.
But not expensive, so cheer up!
