At least she is in a country where English is spoken and her luggage was not checked in. The elderly couple we helped, did not speak Italian and their mobile phone packed up, they couldn't ring anyone. The old chap was completely at a loss to help himself. He should be home by now with his wife and family 
p.s his wife had her knee replaced 8 years ago and the other knee was Arthritic and her husband suffers from Diabetes. |
