Your car has ROW DRL enabled if the headlight come on when the engine is started, and Scandinavian DRL if they come on with the key at position 2.
It's a T4 dealer option, you can call Peter at
Rovee Veenis and I'm sure he will deactivate them safely for you if you ask nicely
