Totally agree with you.
Not often a v6 head gasket goes.
And I dont agree with what has been said by the garage. My reason for that is a couple of weeks ago I did a service. all the plugs was in good order . And since I did the service is never run better. To the point of increase in mpg from 22.0 up to as much as 27. mpg . average been 26.mpg. At the time I had a good look around and no water or drips was seen. The coolant loss does not even show up on the floor.
Its never overheated in my time of having the car. also I have a led temp readout.
oil cooler on mine is just the pipe style on the front of the car under the rad.
looks in good order with no sign of problems.
As for use to be honest its not used as much as it should be.
only does around 100 miles a week. and to be fair its all short trips of around 10 miles. so I do agree that its more likely to be condensation.
